TERMS OF SALE: To place order for best results e-mail your order to ahjessen@mindspring.com. Please list item number for each item and your State or Country for total with Postage and how you wish to make payment.

 

Phone Orders: 205-919-1069 If we do not answer leave all item numbers with your name and phone number and the best time to call on my voice mail, for best result e-mail your order to ahjessen@mindspring.com.

 

Fax Orders: 423-326-0970. Send item number for each item plus your name, phone or Fax number with State or Country for total with postage and how you wish to make payment.

 

SERVICE FEES: Effective 07/01/2022 if you pay by Credit Card or PayPal there will a 4% service fee for each US transaction. Transactions outside the US that are paid by Credit Card or PayPal will have a 6.25% service fee for each transaction. If you pay by check or money order there will not be a service fee. If you send your payment through PayPal as Friend & Family you will not be charged the 4% or 6.25% service fee. This service fee is in addition to the regular shipping & handling fees for each order.

 

ORDERS: May be place 24 hours a day, see above for info.

 

LAYAWAYS: A 30 day Layaway plan is offered on all sales of $100 to $300 with 25% down payment with balance due at end of 30 days. A 60 day plan is offered on sales over $300 with 50% down payment with balance due at end of 60 days. We can work with you on the down payments. If payments are not made as agreed and Layaway is not paid out on time, payments may be forfeited, call if you have a problem and there will be no problem. Layaway must be paid out before other items can be ordered. Items put on Layaway cannot be accepted for cash refund, but can be returned for exchange or credit on future items listed. I will work with you if you have a problem, but you must let me know. NO one will be stuck with an item they do not want.

 

RETURNS: Any Item found unsatisfactory for any reason may be returned for refund, less postage within 5 days of receipt if in same condition as shipped (Except Layaways) THIS means that you have 5 days to look it over and Notify me on the 5th day that you are returning. I MUST be notified by e-mail or phone on the 5th day that you are returning, this is so I can tell the next customer the item is available. All items are shipped from Jessen’s Relics with Delivery Tracking Number, so we know when you receive it. NO returned item will be accepted for refund unless I have been notified in advance- NO EXCEPTION. RETURNS must be sent back Priority Mail & Insured, this is for your protection if items are lost in transit. After the 5 days or 10 years if still alive I will work with you if there is a problem on any item, except on Consignment Items.

 

CONSIGNMENT ITEMS: Jessen’s Relics does not make a habit in taking Consignment items, but sometimes we do, too much paper work. Consignment items that are listed as such have a 7 day money back guarantee less postage and insurance. After 7 days there is no return for refund or exchange, so make sure this is an item you want. All items shipped from Jessen’s Relics are shipped with Delivery Tracking Number. After we have paid the consignees there is nothing we can do. Hope you understand this problem. Consignment items may be placed on Layaway and sometime possible part trade & cash maybe accepted.

 

Credit Cards we accept

 

FORMS OF PAYMENTS: PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express, Money Orders & Personal Checks. Unless we have done business before personal check will have to clear before we ship. There is a $20 service fee on all returned checks.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: At this time we ship merchandise to all locations outside of the U.S. PayPal payments are the form of payment preferred on Foreign Orders. However due to our inability to adequately insure packages to countries outside of the United States, we cannot be responsible for loss or damage. Therefore, the customer assumes all responsibility for packages once it has left Jessen’s Relics. This includes all Custom fees and duty charges. PAYMENT must be in U.S. Dollars.

 

JESSEN’S RELICS INC. Incorporated in the 1970’s and is owned by Anthony H. Jessen. I am 72 years old as of Sept. 2021 and started collecting German WW II items in about the 5th grade and have never stopped, so I have over 60 plus years nonstop with these items. I started buying items by cutting grass during the summer months and when I was in high school started going to local gun shows were I started buying and selling to pay for my collection, started collecting German WW II Head Gear in the 60’s and had about 350 different pieces of German WW II head gear by the late 70’s. Can remember when you could buy a German Single Decal Luftwaffe Paratrooper helmet for $30 to $40 that was 99%, boy have things changed on that item. Turned this into a full time business in the 80’s. I no longer collect, but still love the head gear. I am a Honorary Life Member of the Ohio Valley Military Society, badge number 490 and have not missed more than four shows in 40 plus years. This is the best show around, they are the club that puts on the best show in the world “The Show of Shows” with a great Staff and very good people. I am still a collector at heart and only want to deal in items that I would want to keep for myself. Good luck with your hunt and All the Best.
