SA Staff Leadership Sleeve Eagle

Eagle was worn by Staff of the SA Leadership. Eagle is hand embroidered in gold bullion wire on carmine colored wool backing, threads are also carmine colored. Backside was reinforced and embroidered through the reinforced material, very nice quality. The same pattern eagle is in the BOOK "Cloth Insignia of the NSDAP and the SA" By LTC (Ret.) John R. Angolia, page 220, photo is in black and white, eagle is just a little different. Overall looks unused with some light age. Very Rare. Exc. + $400.00 RARE
