30 Marked SILVER WW II Wound Badge

Badge maybe zinc or maybe brass, has heavy silver plated finish on front, finish shows some wear but silver is still bright. Backside has tarnish and is marked "30" for maker, the hinge and catch are part of the badge, the pin is steel and is magnetic.
