Army Transport Officers Visor Hat

Hat has grey green doe skin wool top with blue grey wool piping with matching piping on the dark green wool band. Has aluminum eagle and wreath, think wreath maybe replaced as it is much brighter. The inside is lined with a light gold silk rayon material with brown leather sweat band, it is nice with light wear and age, the plastic sweat diamond is missing. Hat looks about size 55. This hat was Infantry piped and piping was died during the war, piping has faded and almost looks green in some spots. Has some moth damage under left fold, not noticeable until you left it up. Hat is what it is, have seen others that have come back by Vet’s like this. Very Good Plus $495.00
