German WW II Model 98 Bayonet with Frog
Bayonet has wood grips and hilt has nice blue finish with only light wear and age, blue is still very nice but could use a light cleaning. Blade is very nice with very nice blued finish with normal wear. Blade is maker marked "F.W.Holler" and dated 39. Scabard is marked the same with same matching ser. number. Scabbard is nice but does have some rust spots with minor dent on side, still it has a nice blue finish and could use a light cleaning. The black leather frog is still nice and soft and marked with maker and dated 1936 and looks like it may have been brown at one time, frog has one rivet that has pulled through, this could be repaired with some work. Overall nice looking bayonet with minor field wear.
