German WW II 98K Bayonet with Kriegsmarine Marked Leather Frog
Bayonet has dark brown bakelite grips. The blued finish on the bayonet is very weak, just not much left, numbers match "41 date with "cof" code with ser. number 8260 also the same on the scabbard. Blade is almost bright, has been cleaned. Scabbard is dent free but blue finish is almost gone. The Black leather frog is nice but does show wartime field wear and age, can no longer see any maker marks but you can see the "Eagle over M" for Kriegsmarine. Overall show wartime wear with some age, still would display nice with Kriegsmarine display. Low Exc $225.00 RARE
