British Made WW I Steel Helmet

These helmets were also issued to U.S. Troops. Helmet has brush painted light grey green finish with a small amount rough texture. The inside is dusty and has the large rubber "Donut" with a felt cover over this, this is moth eaten, the leather chinstrap is sound but over 100 years old, I would handle it with care. The rim is stamped "FS 63". Overall helmet shows light wartime field wear, with post war age. Exc. + $200.00 RARE
