World War I American Made M-1917 Helmet

Steel helmet with nice rough grey green painted finish, finish shows some wartime wear and age but it is very nice. Liner is nice with light wear and age with leather chinstrap, strap still has nice brown color and marked with size 6-7/8 in top, the felt in the top has some moth nips. The rim is stamped with what looks like number 7 or L. Overall very nice with light wear with some postwar age. Exc. + $225.00
