World War I 1917 Dated Model 1916 Leather Holster

For M1911 .45 Caliber Automatic Pistol. Leather has turned dark brown from oil and polish and is marked with large US within oval on front and marked on the back with maker and date, marked "HOYT-1917" with J.J.M. All the fitting are made of brass with some green build up on the brass. Overall leather is still soft for the most part with wartime wear and age, could use light cleaning. This holster was also used in WW II, most items were WW I period when we entered the war. Exc. $125.00 RARE
