WW II U.S. Public Health Service Group
Group has two set of shoulder boards, one is still in box for Senior Surgeon, other is for Medical Director and Assistant Surgeon General, both pairs have gold bullion insignia. Also has small clutch back collar insignia marked 1/20 10k and two gold bullion cuff patches. There is a ribbon bar, wide pattern with WW II Victory, American Campaign & WW I Victory, clutch back and with plastic over the ribbons, also come with two medals without ribbons, WW I Victory & Navy WW II Occupation plus comes with five Public Health Service gold buttons for service coat. Overall items are very nice with light age and wear.
