Used before 1939 has the only thing on the cap band of the Political Leader visor, with silver or gold eagle. Silver plated center with black enamel swastika on red enamel. Has two flat prongs on the back. Overall very nice with no damage to the enamel, silver has some tarnish. Exc. + $37.50
