For Rank of Zollsekretar. Board has grey and dark green braid with two gold pips with grey metal RFV insignia, lost the gold over time. Board has dark green underlay, slip on type. Board has moth damage to the backside. Collar tab is the bevo type with silver flat wire on dark green with two silver rank pips, it has age and wear.
