WW II Japanese Type 30 Bayonet

Bayonet has bird-head contoured pommel with serial number on end with contoured wood grips with two screws, the pommel has the number 93 stamped into one side two times and one of the grips as number 8 stamped into it, also has hooked cross guard. The blued finish shows wear and age and could use cleaning, the wood grips show some wear and age. Blade has bright finish with about one inch of blade near gross guard with blued finish, blade is nice but could use light cleaning, marked with Tokyo-Kokura Arsenal mark. Metal scabbard has blued finish with some light age and wear and could use light cleaning, there are two small dents near top near were the frog buckle strap would go through. Overall nice bayonet with normal wartime field wear and age and could use light cleaning. Exc. + $150.00
