WW II Japanese Cotton Flag

Made of white cotton with sewn red silk center and has no re-enforced on end or ties, looks like in never did. Size is 22 inches wide and 23 inches and shows wear and age, the red silk center has rip and white has some stains. Overall shows age and wartime field wear, think it was wall type flag.
