Nice quality with red, white and black enamel on silver colored metal. Enamel is nice with no problems, the silver finish on the lettering looks to be tarnished. Silver plated finish on the back shows age but still very nice, pin is the standard tinnie type, marked with raised "RZM M1/72" maker. Overall shows some light wear with some light age.
