Army PANZER Officers Breast Eagle

Eagle is hand embroidered in three types of silver plated bullion wire, not aluminum wire. The silver plated wire has tarnished, more so on one wing, some of the thread used in the outline of the wings have broken, the black wool backing is fine with some light age, paper backing on the backside has gone away, common on used eagles.
