Looks to be cut off one tunic and trimmed around the edges and sewn to another tunic. Eagle is bevo weave, white on dark green and is hand sewn to grey green wool, you can see the stitching from wear it was sew to the second tunic. Eagle is worn and has some age. Exc. $100.00
